AccessAir offers a full range of charter plane service options for you to utilize when your travel requirements are outside our normal aircraft capabilities. Such services are sometimes described as Charter Brokerage. Just as if we were flying your trip, we will schedule the operator, coordinate any special requests that you have, monitor the trip’s progression, and obtain your feedback.
As your Air Charter Service and Broker, we will represent your best interest, identify safe and available aircraft, and arrange for preferred priced alternative charters. We provide our clients with an Operator Safety Report of any charter operator that we recommend. Additionally, we can recommend operators that are both ARG/US Platinum Rated and Wyvern Aviation Safety approved.
As a charter plane service Broker, we have the ability to locate best pricing based upon available “one-way” or “empty leg” flights and receive preferred pricing from our trusted network of Part 135 Charter Operators. This translates into significant savings for you. Our extensive knowledge of the Charter industry and its Operators, enable us to make quality aircraft charter recommendations and arrangements, from light pistons to mid-sized jets.
AIRCRAFT OPTIONS
Mid-Sized Cabin Jet
With larger baggage area, enclosed lavatory, cabin entertainment features and mini galley, this model aircraft offers more space than a Light Jet. The mid-sized model aircraft provides comfortable leather seating and increased headroom in a spacious, often stand-up cabin. With cruising speeds of 500 mph and an average nonstop range of up to 2000 miles, the increased speed and range over a Light Jet model is often better value when traveling a longer trip. Typical passenger seating capacity of 8-9.
Light Jet
Efficient and comfortable, the Light Jet segment is ideally suited for shorter flights. The cabins are appointed with comfortable leather seats, a private lavatory and space for small catering trays. Baggage space may be limited and typical cabin height is about 5 feet. With average cruising speeds of 400 mph and nonstop range of close to 1500 miles, this makes for a perfect travel aircraft when traveling lightly and more speed is required over a turboprop. Turboprop - Twin Engine
Turboprop Twins feature many of the same interior characteristics of jet aircraft, including executive seating, large baggage area, enclosed lavatory, cabin entertainment features and mini galley. With cruising speeds of up to 300 mph and an average nonstop range of 1,000 miles, Turboprop twins can offer better value and payload capability than jets models when traveling on shorter range trips. Typical passenger seating capacity of 6-8.
Turbo Prop - Single Engine
Turboprop aircraft can fit all your short-range, large payload travel needs. This segment of aircraft offer comfortable standup cabins configured with executive leather seats and catering and beverage storage. Other amenities vary from full entertainment systems, galley and private lavatories to extra baggage and cargo storage. With average cruising speeds of 300 mph and nonstop range of close to 1500 miles, this makes for a perfect balance of passenger comfort and baggage. Typical passenger capacity of 4-6.
Cabin Class Twin Engine
A Twin Engine aircraft can fit all your short-range personal and business trips with average baggage requirements.
